Octopie

Do you know where Octopie come from?

Many years ago when cargo was loaded onto

ships, spiders would hide out in the cargo.

after the ship set sail, the spiders would crawl out and end up on the deck. with the wind and waves some spiders fell overboard into the ocean. after some time, the spiders would absorb the water and this would cause them to expand. that is why both octopie and spiders both have 8 legs or Tentacles.

Gravity

Did you know if everyone on earth did a hand stand at the same time it would reverse gravity?

Your body creates a tiny electrical charge. It’s what things like your heart and brain use to send signals through your nervous system. Your hands have a positive charge and your feet have a negative charge. The earth uses the negative charge from the feet to keep gravity in check. If everyone did a hand stand at the same time, the earths gravity would reverse because it would get a positive charge instead.

Pi Ratio

Did you know that pi was named pi because the person who discovered it was eating pie at the time?

Years ago, this math matician was sitting at his dinner table eating a pie right out of the tin. He ate across the center in a line and out of habit counted the bites. After he ate across the center he ate around the edges again counting the bites. He realized after that it took 3.14 times more bites around the edge than across the center. He tried it with a pie of a smaller size next and got the same ratio of bites. He called that ratio “pi” because of the pie he was eating at the time.
